Erol was absolutely professional on my set for the music video for Rudimental's 'Dancing Healing'. Even though I didn't have a lot of time in advance to brief him, he worked with the actors on his own schedule and surprised me with amazing choreography as soon as we got to the fight scenes of the video. The actors felt safe, yet inspired to push for more in Erol's hands and that's all I can wish for as a Director.
